The safety of our guests and staff has always been our top priority.
We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. To contain COVID-19, we have taken additional measures to protect our guests.
All the rooms and common areas of the Fornace Suite are cleaned and sanitized daily, as are the corridors, common areas and the lift.
In addition, the common areas have been equipped with dispensers with disinfectant solutions available to guests and our collaborators.The rooms have kits with masks and ingenizing gel for each guest in order to ensure total compliance with the rules provided by the Ministry of Health, to maximum health and hygiene protection and a high level of safety for everyone.
The Fornace Suite is also in this circumstance at the complete disposal of its customers, in order to make the stay of its guests a positive and safe experience.

Booking information
La Fornace suite is offering flexible booking options. Given these unique circumstances we are making further adjustments to our individual booking policies to give you more peace of mind: We ask you to report any specific requests and needs during the booking phase, so that we can clarify them and possibly prepare them as much as possible before arrival, thus reducing the waiting times and stay at the reception.
Upon confirmation of the booking, we ask you to indicate a mobile telephone number for any urgent need for contact; we also ask that you provide us with the identity document of all the occupants of the room and apartment in advance, so that we can better organize ourselves for the management of the reception and other services
General indications
We ask all our guests to abide by the rules of spacing at least one meter with people who do not share the same room and to always wear a protective mask indoors or outdoors when it is not possible to maintain it.
In order to reduce contact with money, we ask that you prefer contactless forms of payment (debit on room account, electronic cards).
